Training

We have a variety of training options available, depending on your requirements. Our office in Sheffield has great training facilities, we regularly deliver training on customer sites, or we can provide sessions remotely, the choice is yours.

We recognise, that different people learn in different ways and at different speeds. It is equally important to recognise that training sessions are only part of the learning process; practise is essential to gain familiarity and experience.

Our approach provides for personal training schedules and flexible learning patterns. We are happy to “Train the user or train a trainer”

Support

We provide telephone and remote access support for all of our applications.

We operate a sophisticated call logging system which incorporates a priority classification and activity tracking facility. Calls can be automatically logged from Prof.IT with confirmations being sent directly to the user concerned by e-mail.

As part of our commitment to support our customers, we also distribute regular news and events updates to keep you up to date with what we are up to and how you can benefit. We organise a free User Day, Release Days and various other networking events.  These are a fantastic way to improve communication and facilitate networking between our customers and PCI.
